Hassan farm is located in the fertile ancient land of Minia alongside the Nile Delta of Egypt. Hassan Emery, the owner of the farm, chose to go back to the origins of cultivation like his ancestors rather than the fast production of today’s world. He chose, to move in sync with the forces of the universe and grow his crop using the holistic methods of biodynamic agriculture.
