With deep-rooted knowledge passed down through generations, they employ sustainable practices to nurture the fertile soil and safeguard its fertility. The farmers contribute to climate change mitigation with a growing number of farms pioneering in biodynamic agriculture, and initiatives like those of Kamal Ali El Damrany farm, which is  producing around 60tons of compost.
